1. Scope of Advisory Services
EOT William provides professional international education counseling, which includes:
- Academic profile evaluation and course/university matching.
- Guidance on drafting academic CVs, statements of purpose, and reference requests.
- Facilitation of admissions applications to recognized institutions across the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, and other global destinations.

2. Strict No-Guarantee & Decision Disclaimer
In strict accordance with international educational regulations, British Council guidelines, and global embassy standards:
- Admissions Decisions: All decisions regarding university admissions, offers, and scholarship awards remain solely and exclusively at the discretion of the academic institutions applied to.
- Visa Decisions: All decisions regarding visa issuance, refusal, delays, or interview outcomes remain solely and exclusively at the discretion of the respective sovereign government, embassy, high commission, or consular authority.
- No Guarantees: EOT William provides professional, experienced advisory support to maximize applicant preparedness, but does not guarantee, promise, or warrant visa approvals or admissions under any circumstances.
3. Client & Applicant Responsibilities
As a client, student, or applicant, you agree and warrant that:
- All documents, certificates, transcripts, test scores, and financial records supplied to EOT William are genuine, authentic, and unaltered.
- You must disclose any past visa refusals, criminal records, or academic disciplinary actions truthfully. Submission of fraudulent documents is strictly prohibited and results in immediate termination of services without refund.
- You are solely responsible for meeting statutory deadlines set by universities and immigration departments.
4. Fees, Invoicing & Refunds
- Consultation & Advisory Fees: Any fees payable to EOT William cover professional advisory time, application administration, and guidance.
- Third-Party Costs: University application fees, tuition deposits, visa processing fees, biometric charges, medical tests (e.g., TB screening), and English proficiency exam fees are statutory third-party costs payable directly to the respective bodies.
- Refunds: Professional advisory fees are non-refundable once service execution has commenced, regardless of whether a student changes their mind or is refused by an institution or embassy. Institutional tuition deposits are governed exclusively by the refund policy of the respective university.
5. Compliance with UK AQF & Ethical Recruitment
EOT William adheres to ethical educational agent standards. We do not engage in unauthorized poaching, fraudulent claims, or misleading marketing. Students are encouraged to familiarize themselves with their rights and responsibilities through the British Council and Study UK resources.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EOT William Global Services Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost tuition deposits, missed semester intakes, flight cancellations, or changes in immigration policies announced by foreign governments.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to mandatory host nation educational compliance regulations.
